Unlike regular rain repellent coatings that adhere to the surface of the glass using relatively weak physical bonds, G1 uses a chemical bond which gives G1 unrivalled durability. G1 ClearVision Smart Glass is extremely durable, the hydrophobic function improves wet weather visibility helping to improve safety and eye strain. At Enhance Auto Care, we understand that sometimes our clients may need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can cause inconvenience to our business and other customers who may have wanted that time slot. To ensure smooth operations and provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting for a booking. Late cancellations and no-shows: Any cancellations made under 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will be subject to a fee of 20% of the service cost or the deposit if a deposit has been placed. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss any issues that may affect your appointment. Payment: The cancellation fee will be added to the client's account and will need to be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
